Lulani on iPhone showing week 24 of 40, days to go, and this week's guidance

Guidance is written from published material by these organisations, and the app shows you the source for each topic. They do not endorse, review or have any affiliation with Lulani.

Lulani's symptom guide, showing what is usually normal and when to call your provider

Know what's normal.

Thirty-six symptoms answered calmly, each one in three parts, so you can stop searching at three in the morning and go back to sleep.

  • What is usually nothing to worry about
  • What is worth mentioning at your next visit
  • What means call your provider now

That last tier and every source link stay free, always. Safety information is never behind a purchase.

Lulani's contraction timer showing the pattern over the last hour

Know when it's time.

Tap to time each contraction and Lulani reads the pattern back to you — not just numbers, but what those numbers mean and whether it's worth picking up the phone.

The kick counter learns your baby's own rhythm, so it can tell you when today is unlike your usual, which matters far more than any fixed target.

  • Contraction timer with hourly pattern insight
  • Kick counter with your personal baseline
  • Both free, with no purchase required

Everything else, kept quietly.

The things you actually need between now and the birth — and nothing that adds to the noise.

Your pregnancy stays on your phone.

Pregnancy data is about as personal as data gets. Lulani is built so there is nowhere else for it to go.

Stored on your device

Journal entries, appointments, checklists, timings and photos are stored locally on your iPhone unless you export or share them yourself.

No account required

You never create a profile, and your pregnancy data is never sent to our servers — we don't have any.

No ads, no tracking

No advertising, no analytics, and no third-party code of any kind. The app is funded by a purchase, not by you.

One purchase, no subscription

Premium is a single one-time purchase handled entirely by the App Store. We never see your payment details.

Written for where you're giving birth.

Care pathways, terminology and units differ by country, so the guidance does too. Lulani picks the right one by region, not by language.

Questions, answered.

Where is my pregnancy data stored?

On your iPhone. Journal entries, photos, appointments, checklists, contraction and kick timings and your birth plan are all stored locally in the app. There is no Lulani account and no Lulani server, so nothing is uploaded unless you choose to export or share a PDF yourself. See our Privacy Policy.

Where does the guidance come from?

Weekly content, symptom guidance and birth plan options are written from published material by named authorities — ACOG, CDC, AAP, MedlinePlus, March of Dimes and USPSTF — and the app shows you the sources for each topic. Lulani is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or medically reviewed by any of them, and it is not a substitute for your doctor or midwife.

Is there a subscription?

No. Lulani is free to download, and premium unlocks with a single one-time purchase that never expires. No subscriptions, no ads, no upsells after that.

What do I get without paying?

Your week, days to go, your baby's size, the kick counter, the contraction timer and its pattern insight, the journal, appointments, checklists and the weight log. The symptom guide's "call your provider now" tier and every source link are always free too — safety information is never behind a purchase.

Which countries is the guidance written for?

The United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland, so care pathways, terminology and units match where you're giving birth. Lulani chooses by region rather than language, because someone giving birth in the UK needs the UK guidance whichever language she reads.

Does Lulani need HealthKit or an internet connection?

Neither. Lulani doesn't use HealthKit and never asks for health permissions. All the guidance is bundled inside the app, so every feature works offline and in flight mode.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet — Lulani is an iPhone app for now.

What if I lose my phone or get a new one?

Because your data is stored on the device, it is included in your normal encrypted iPhone backup (iCloud Backup or Finder). Restoring that backup to a new iPhone restores your Lulani data. Your one-time purchase can always be restored from the App Store with "Restore" on the premium screen.

How do I contact support?

Send us an email at adaskososik@gmail.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible with help, feedback, or feature requests.
